This single-wing ultra-micro sized model has been designed by World champion pilot Seth Arnold and is capable of performing extreme 3D manoeuvres indoors. The airframe is constructed of laser-cut flat foam with carbon reinforcement in high stress areas giving the airframe both strength and durability. This combined with the lowest wing loading possible, allows AS3Xtra superb 3D capability.

Onboard the model is equipped with the very latest version of the AS3X technology allowing 3D performance to a level beyond that of its predecessors. This latest version of AS3X includes two gain settings allowing pilots to select the precise flight performance they need either for 3D or forward flight.

The AS3Xtra comes completely assembled and finished right out of the box, simply bind it to a suitable DSM2 aircraft transmitter, charge the flight battery (not included) and go fly. The UMX AS3xtra has full 4-channel control for 3D aerobatic performance controlling throttle, rudder, elevator and ailerons. Removable SFGs (Side Force Generators) enhance knife-edge capability, as well as other 3D flight characteristics.

The model integrates leading-edge technology with a pre-installed 6-channel Spektrum receiver, ESC, and two individual aileron servos for maximum flight control. The combination of low weight, low wing loading, electronic technology and design allows extreme 3D flying to take place in smaller venues than was previously possible.

The UMX AS3Xtra is a perfect high-performance indoor ultra-micro aircraft for the intermediate to advanced pilot and once bound to a transmitter is ready for 3D aerobatics right out of the box.
