Deluxe Materials Ltd is delighted to announce Eze Tissue a specially developed lightweight tissue paper.

DESIGNED FOR USE WITH WATER BASED EZE DOPE…..Colours may run with cellulose

Composed of a special blend of naturally grown fibres and unique binding agents, this unique paper is not only extremely light (12.5 gsm) but has unique properties important for the construction of lightweight balsa wood model aircraft and not found in many normal tissue papers including:

exceptional lightness starting at 12.5 gsm
high wet strength
unusually high strength to weight ratio
availability in relevant colours and chequer pattern designs.

Eze Tissue is easily bonded with Deluxe Materials Tissue Paste AD60 and subsequently air-proofed with Deluxe Materials Eze Dope BD42.

Deluxe Materials Eze Tissue comes with a useful illustrated set of instructions in attractive packs of multiple sheets, 75cm x 50cm wide, and a wide range of finishes:

On Traditional covering with tissue there is often a risk of damage by handling

By covering with Mylar first, not only is surface strength much improved, but constructional strength and rigidity is dramatically better….

Colour is added by overcovering with tissue for colouring and trim….

Not only stronger but as only 1 coat of dope needed is actually quicker and lighter than traditional tissue and Dope coverings…

We Have 1ft (300mm) wide at £1.50 p.metre and 2ft (600mm) wide at £2.50 p.metre off the roll….

A safe, non-toxic alternative to the traditional flammable dope liquid. Its user friendly, non-flammable formula has little odour and brushes are water washable. Furthermore, it is super thin and easily brushes to shrink tissue, drying quickly to a traditional tough fuel proof semi matt finish. Finishing a model is often the most challenging part of the project and make or break the project. Deluxe have several a great clean and easy way of finishing tissue covered model aircraft ready for paint that is superior to conventional dope. Eze Dope being non-sticky, dries fast with little odour, has water clean up and safe to use.
