Clear, tough, resilient, gap-filling adhesive. Bonds foam, plastic & metal.

Produces flexible bonds in ways that other glues cannot.

Fix ‘n’ Flex is a 1 part, clear, air drying, flexible adhesive with gap filling properties. It has exceptional surface grip and is safe to use, curing at 1-2 mm /hour.

Joints that are both waterproof & heatproof. It is especially effective where joints need to:

Flex, expand, gap fill or withstand shock or vibration.
Be non-corrosive or aggressive to paints, plastics or electrical parts.
Withstand heat.

It should be applied with a spatula or wet finger and a smear of liquid soap will ease surface contouring & smoothing.

Its uses are many and include:

Foam models -construction and repairs.
Bonding plastic servo trays & motor mounts into foam.
Bonding plastic or carbon fibre stiffeners into foam.
Securing plugs, leads & cables from vibration.
Creating exhaust gaskets & sealing cable exits.
Securing model railway track street furniture, buildings & trees.
Bonding wood and metal into plastic moulded boat parts.

Fix ‘n’ Flex is supplied with a small purpose made dispensing nozzle and excess adhesive can be cleaned with white spirit.

Deluxe Materials Ltd is delighted to announce Eze Tissue a specially developed lightweight tissue paper.

DESIGNED FOR USE WITH WATER BASED EZE DOPE…..Colours may run with cellulose

Composed of a special blend of naturally grown fibres and unique binding agents, this unique paper is not only extremely light (12.5 gsm) but has unique properties important for the construction of lightweight balsa wood model aircraft and not found in many normal tissue papers including:

exceptional lightness starting at 12.5 gsm
high wet strength
unusually high strength to weight ratio
availability in relevant colours and chequer pattern designs.

Eze Tissue is easily bonded with Deluxe Materials Tissue Paste AD60 and subsequently air-proofed with Deluxe Materials Eze Dope BD42.

Deluxe Materials Eze Tissue comes with a useful illustrated set of instructions in attractive packs of multiple sheets, 75cm x 50cm wide, and a wide range of finishes:

bright red, blue, yellow, and natural.
chequer patterns: red/white and black/white.

Super ‘Phatic! is a great economical alternative to thin superglue. Because it is non fuming, it can be used safely by anyone experiencing a reaction to superglue. Super Phatic! is best for tight fitting joints between wood, foam, carbon fibre, plastic and fiberglass etc. Furthermore, Super’Phatic! will keep flowing into joints where other glues would set. There is no odour either!

A versatile wood grain sealer for balsa, ply and hardwood. High build with simple water clean up and low odour. Coats and seals wood grain prior to painting and finishing. Use with all types of paints including enamel, cellulose, acrylic or epoxy. Stir well before use. Apply with brush and allow to dry. Sands beautifully after 60 mins. Clean brushes with water. Economical in use. Non-flammable. Covers 1.5 sq metres.

Looks Like Glass is a super- thin, water- based, transparent fluid for the creation of a smooth glass-like effect on kit plastics such as clear canopies. Plastic parts are simply dipped and allowed to dry for 2-3 hours. Surface detail is retained.

Looks Like Glass can be used for the following modelling applications:

Glass like finish on canopies, windows etc.
Adhesive for clear windows
Creating a wet look on plastic
Sealing scatter
A super- thin smooth plastic varnish to assist transfer application
