Based on the Tecnam P2010 four seater, Arrows latest is not only the perfect fixed-wing tutor – tough, stable and forgiving – it looks sensational and will take you from tentative early circuits to full-house aerobatics. Using a bog-standard 3S 2200mAh LiPo the flap-equipped Tecnam is also cheap to run and, at a gnat s whisker shy of 58 span, large enough to make an impression. Best of all it comes with the Vector switchable stabilisation system pre-installed. Truly, the prospect of learning to fly has never looked so good and, for that matter, neither has stooging around on a calm day taking in some aeros . Lovely.
