Owners of ARTF aircraft have long needed manufacturers to make their covering system available for repairs and refurbishment. It adds longevity and value to an airframe and, in this instance, makes a Seagull purchase an even more attractive proposition. Aerokote, then, is a high gloss, stable and reliable BOPET-based polyester covering film. As such, it displays a high tensile strength, offers an excellent barrier against moisture, fuel and oil, and is both temperature and UV stable, maintaining its colour and gloss with regular use for many, many years.
30 colours comprise the initial range, each supplied with a light protective backing to ensure clean, dust and oil-free application. Customers will enjoy its impressive ease of use, not least when repairing an ARTF favourite to as-new condition. Oh, and the price is right too!
